My name is Rosey Guthrie and I am Certified Debt Arbitrator and the founder of Neutral Ground. For several years I worked within the social services field, where I assisted those whose lives were affected by the ever growing problem of consumer debt and financial instability. I often wondered if a cure for this disease called “debt” would ever be discovered and if I would be able to provide more than just a bandaid to the situation?
